Lately I have seen alot of new along with old members from Indiana and Illinois laying claim to the Wabash as their home waters. It looks like we have quite a few, enough to have a pretty nice gathering. What do ya'all think?

I am posting this in the Illinois section too to get input from the other side of the river.

No Walt, I had no idea. That area seems to be pretty productive. We need to get you back to your roots, back in a jon on the Wabash.

Gary, you have more vacation time than most folks work in a year, lmao. If it takes off we would love to have you there, keep in mind the Wabash for the most part is a jon boat river, I 'm not sure how far that floating palace of yours will get you. :smile2:

I'm unemployed (and loving it) so I'd love to see this happen. I'm in Elkhart so it's a little bit of a drive, but that won't stop me

Right about an hour for you from Mooresville Bill, up 267 to 70 then west to Terre Haute. No location or date has been set yet, just gettin some feelers out to see if its worth it.

If Cal can make it down, I will hitch a ride in his boat unless he fills up with some other northern snob:wink:

Who you calling northern snob??? I'd drive seperate just so he can drag you down too. We've gotta get an actual date in mind before anybody can make plans, hint hint...
