Fished above I95 in the swamp Friday and only managed five smaller fish......appears that they have started to move out of the trees with the water temps in the high 70s. Saturday we decided to drift the flats below I95 and thats where the fish were piled up. We ended up with 23 blues and 3 flatheads with the biggest being around 23 lbs. All were caught on threadfin shad and most were caught at the mouths of feeder creeks leading into the lake which is where we started our drifts because of the way the wind was blowing

Congrats on a great day of fishing and thanks for the good info! I've never tried drifting but might give it a try this year.
