We sell it all the time @ the baitshop I work @. It is marketed by Shakespeare. In my opinion, as well as many customers, it is just as good as Power-Pro

I use the 50lb on my drifting rig and I LIKE IT. I caught the fish in my avatar using it. It is some tuff line.

Companies are playing the relabeling game. I just saw ugly sticks at the berkley outlet store so apparently they're affiliated now. I bought a Penn rod there too, a Shakespeare reel, a Fenwick rod, etc. I've got spiderwire there in the past so they're hooked up with them also.

strung up 1 pole with it and went out tonight for a few hours caught 1 little flathead , 2 channels , 2 yellow bellies and a turtle . I dont see no difference in it then power pro . For the price I believe I will continue to buy ugly braid from now on . .

Thanks for the heads up on this. I nabbed a great deal on ebay for 1500yds of PP 65 at $91.00 shipped. But that's still $9.10/150 yds compared to your 5.99.... once I run out I will definitely be looking for a more economical alternative.

Hit the river today with the line and I am impressed its some very strong line . I am going to continue using it . Never broke it once in rocks and logs it held up better then the power pro I have used . I was thinking of getting some tug o war line from team catfish but now I am thinking this will do me just fine .
