TV for the fish?

    They plan to start raising the lake level next week. I noticed my neighbor had been hauling limbs and brush out in the lake. Then later I see he has put up his old tv antenna down by the brush. I ask him if he was putting in TV for the fish. He didn't seem to think that was funny.
