A big hello to you fellow members. As a new member I would like to offer some simple advise about the meat on snappers. It seems like everywhere on the net that I have read about cleaning turtles people talk about the front and hind quaters of the turtle However, I've never read any mention about the neck meat. This is a very meaty piece.It also has a lot of white meat on it. I'ts very good and well worth the trouble of obtaining. Is anybody else doing this? If not,give it a try I'm sure you will love it!!!
