Tuna Bellies

    Next time you go tuna fishing on an overnighter, and you're steaming back to shore after a long hard day of pulling up albacore, yellow fin and blue fin tuna, and the deck hands are busy slabbing, filleting or otherwise prepping your catch for the day, and they ask you if you want the dark oily underbelly of the tuna... say yes. In fact turn to the guy next to you and tell them that if they don't want that oily, nasty, throw away piece of meat from their catch, that you'll gladly take it off their hands. It makes premo catfish bait! Just need to use a treble to keep it from flying off your line.
