Now this is good stuff, John!

So many little blessings that we might miss if we don't stop to notice and appreciate... wow. Thank you for the reminders of these things in life that help to smooth out the rough spots... and thank you for all the smiles I got just reading through this! Simple pleasures are always the very best, I think. I hope your day is full of them

Thanks for the great post Hope! I hope your day is also. My Mom sent this to me in an e-mail and I cleaned it up/edited some and wanted to share it with you all. I knew there would be a few to appreciate it. I sure enjoyed it and it brightened up a dreary day that needed some light! My Mom usually sends me some good e-mails,I just hardly ever post them.
PM me anytime if you want my e-mail addy and I can pass some on as I get them.

Hey John-they list me as disabled too. They tell me the wrong move and I'm in a wheelchair. Right or wrong, doesn't stop me from making a cast, bending over to pet the dog, chasing my lovely wife around the house or helping a friend. If there ain't a tomorrow I know today was as good as I could have made it. Thanks for the post and good luck.

Blinded every day by violence and propaganda, it is nice to read something wonderful and heartfelt. I can only bear to get my news on the radio anymore. Something as bad as a horrific car wreck and the news channels want to give you a play by play with as much gore as a horror film. My society thrives on pain instead of pleasure Ill never understand. Besides the wonder and delight I see in my sons bright blue eyes, theres not much light in my life. Thats why number 41 hits more to home for me.

Thanks for the post John, I will remember them every time life seems gloomy.
