Trouble Tickets - Your killing us...

    Ladies / Gents,

    When filling out a trouble ticket provide all the information you think we need, then add some more for good measure.

    Spending lots of time asking for basic information that needs to be included in the initial request.

    If your asking about a thread, include the URL for that thread.

    I think I'll try to stay out of trouble but if I get in a bind, I'll try to make it as easy as I can if I open a T.T.

    I'm sure it can get hard tracing down threads/post. We have Thousands of them.

    I made the mistake once of not including a link to the thread; since then I just make it a habit to use the link as my "trouble ticket" subject. Down in the body of the note, I tell exactly what I need to have corrected. And it never hurts to say "thanks" to the staff member who's handling your problem. :wink:
