Tried to get out today..

    But there was at least 20' of thin ice between me and any good water! After that there wasa layer of really thick ice flows so I had to abort the mission. I'm kinda bummed out but at least Buck-dog got to run & play some fetch anyways. Here are some pics from about 20 minutes ago.. 12:10 AM

    thanks for sharin. It's always good for 'man's best friend' to get out for a bit.
    my dog goes through depression every winter. We spend a lot of time out at the lake or in the woods most of the year...so winter time is a bit rough on her....she gets SOO bored! :sad2:

    I used to fish a lake that froze in the winter...during spring thaw. I would cast out onto the ice then slowly let my lure drop of the ice and work it back into shore....was fun, didn't catch much but was good to be fishin! :smile2:
