Went dowon to Monticello today for fishing. We decided that we would go to the island that we always camp on, to cool off. Once again there was trash everywhere. My hubby and I picked the stuff up, but was not happy about it.
I do not understand why people can't have respect for our natural resources. I called DNR they said there was nothing that could be done unless we caught them in the act of it. Please keep an eye out for these stupid S.O.B's.

Nothing makes me mader. What kind of trash cant pick up their trash?

My wife and I was on lake Murray the other day and I thought I saw some trash floating in the water so I pull over to pick it up. It was just off of the bow when I realized it was a broken off bouy. (No damage to the boat)

    Thanks for helping.

I don't like litter either but I'd rather see it on the island than in the lake. Again a good beat down would stop some of the stupidity.
