TONIGHTS REPORT

    TONIGHT WE MANAGED 2 BITES BUT WELL WORTH IT.FIRST WAS A 43LBS STRIPER AND THE OTHER WAS A 47LBS BLUE CAT. I SAY WE BUT I NEVER GOT A BITE MY PARTNER MIKE CAUGHT BOTH FISH.BY FAR THE LARGEST STRIPER I HAVE SEEN IN THE RIVER.

    That is fantastic. I went also but not so good. Even the eaters weren't biting like they have the last few days. I fished from 5 until 9 PM out of Ancarrow. I caught ten of so cats from 1-10 pounds and not a single striper. I saw one roll around dusk but that was it. My brother is coming down this afternoon and is going to make me:wink: fish before the Storm. We will see, its just a matter of a week or two now and the stripers will be thick.

    Now thats a nice river striper. What bait and rig did you catch that on?

    Keneth, that must of been you I seen today, I cross the 95 JRB to and fro work each day. I saw a couple of boats out there today and thought "real troopers" in that wind.:eek:oooh:
