Toledo Bend

    anyone ever fish toledo bend if so wheres some good places to fish?

    It's funny how these questions don't get repsonses. I thought that was what this section was for. It's not like all the fish will get caught!

    Sorry, I have never been to Toledo or I would tell you what I know.

    Used to put in at the military's boat ramp and run to the second cove on the lwft hand side (heading south from the ramp) No cats, just bass, and good ones too.

    I love Toledo Bend. It has good fishing anywhere you put in. The lake has lots of structure and is easy to fish. The lake has great cat fishing, white perch, bream and bass fishing. I am close to the north end but I fish all the way down to Hemphill. Check out this sight. (http://www.toledo-bend.com/toledo_bend/index.asp)
    Lots of information on this sight, fishing reports, etc. Oh, one thing, it is low and a dangerous lake, so be careful.
