Tips for Catching Blue Catfish

    what can i do to catch more blue cats? help would be greatly appricated.

    Cut bait, shad preferably since I guess you're fishing Wheeler, Wilson or Guntersville seeing as you're in Huntsville.
    I'm a current-oriented fisherman. Can't tell you much about Guntersville or Wilson but if your on upper Wheeler look for deeper holes near bluffs and outside bends. Look for eddy areas around bridges.
    Get a map of the lake and try the many humps such as at the Flint River.

    I'm in Huntsville too, though my fishing schedule is kinda crazy.

    no i fish at gunersville dam it is about 2 hr. away
