Went out Friday night and fished from 8:30 till about 2:30. Caught nothing. Fished with cut shad, cut perch, live perch, and some blood bait. Drifted all over from Denver Point to Twin Bridges. Anchored down a few times. It was a beautiful night with a nice breeze and clear sky. Couldn't ask for more perfect conditions. Talked to a few others and they hadn't caught anything either.

Has anyone been catching anything since the tornado went through? I've been out several times and it seems to be extremely slow.

I have been out three times since it opened back up and have had pretty good luck each time. Would have been better if the thunderstorms had not run us off on the 29th of may. Have been mainly fishing the points and have done well on channels and have caught a few blues using cut shad.

Went out Friday night and Saturday night. Fished about 4 hours each night drifting through the middle of lake out from water treatment plant. Used cut shad. Caught ZERO. I think I was drifting a little too fast. Made a couple of LARGE (72") drift socks yesterday. Can't wait for the rain to get out of here so I can get out and try them.

I'm kind of new to this drift fishing but it's just a matter of time and I'll get it figured out.

Drifted from south side of lake around party cove to north side around water treatment plant. Caught a small Channel and a 4 1/2 lbs Blue. Had a great time until I realized that I had ran the trolling motor so long that it drained my battery and I couldn't start my engine. Two real nice guys came by and towed me in. Live and learn.

To the guys that came by in the Triton with a 225 Merc on it THANK YOU. Hope you were still able to get all your fishing in.
