Think I got the wrong prop.

60hp Mercury, PT175TXW, 10.25" Powertech 3 blade REB series SS 12p. Boat is seriously struggling to get out the hole, turns 6200+ WOT. Think she is underpropped and needs an NREB series with a different pitch or move back to an aluminum. Dunno where the OEM prop went. Heard good things about the 10.1" 4 blade Spitfire. Not too concerned about top speed, more on improving my holeshot and cruising efficiency.
