It seems to me that every summer there is a song that hits you right in the soul, heart, or what ever you want to call it. This year the song that got me was Kid Rocks "Summer in North Michigan".Its got a great beat,Mixes Sweet home Alabama, with theLords flatbush, and Kid Rocks Love for music. You just have to sing alone with it. "we were tryin different things, we were smokin funny things" Just a good party on the beach song. What song was your summer song? Maybe not this summer but I bet you had a summer song. Thats all for me.

sad to say i've found myself listening to morning talk radio instead of music lately but i have heard the kid rock song and found it just about fits me to a tee back in 1989.
