Screwed this up and stuck it in Tanyas pea salad. gonna get the makings for that today.

    Anyhow.

Got this recipe given to me yesterday. Sounds good. Anybody out there in etherland ever made this?

    Blackberry Wine Cake:

    1 white cake mix
    1 pkg Blackberry jello
    4 eggs
    1/2 cup cooking oil
    1/2 cup chopped nuts.

Combine cake mix and jello-add eggs, oil and wine. Beat with mixer on low speed until moist. Beat on medium speed 2 minutes, scraping bowl often.
Grease and heavily flower a Bundt cake pan.

Sprinkle nuts in bottom of pan-pour batter and bake in pre-heated oven (325*) for 45-50 minutes.

When done pour 1/2 of glaze over warm cake-let cool, turn cake out of pan. Then add the other half of glaze over top of cake.

    Blackberry Wine glaze:

    1 cup powdered sugar
    1/2 cup butter
    1/2 cup Blackberry wine

Mix together, bring to a GOOD boil. Remove from heat and use on cake

    we do something very similar.
swap out your box-o-jello with a pound of frozen blueberries.

Might accidentally give that a try Chad. Got 5 lbs of frozen blueberries in the freezer now. Getting tired of blueberry pie.
