Well it looks like the Cumberland is starting to warm up. Me and partner Michael went out last night and got into them pretty good. We landed three Flatties @ 5lbs, 12lbs, and 40lbs. We also landed 1 blue @10lbs. We probably lost about 3 or 4 other fish during the night. Here are some pics of the 40 and 12.

well you can't blame me for trying...LOL...Really I didn't mean where you caught it I ment what part of the cumberland, the river is 400 miles long. I guess you fished the area from the steam plant down to the Dam.

Brian, is that one of my missing baitfish you are holding. LOL Would ya'll believe that I caught that monster on chicken livers. Go figure. I guess even a blind hog can find an acorn every now and then. No really we landed him somewhere between the conservation club and Cheatham Dam. You know it so hard to tell where your at when it gets dark out there. LMAO

Puddycat, I'm glad to hear you and Michael had a good trip the other night. Thanks for sharing pics. I'm inspired by yalls and Bryan and Bobs recent catches. At least it lets me know there are big fish there to be caught, you just got to put the time in to find them and that's something yall have obviously been doing. Again, congrats!

went back to mine and puddycats honey hole tonight somewhere between the conservation club and Cheatham Dam hehehe .
and lost like 7 hooks and half my line on one rod cause i couldn't break the line or leader i was pulling the boat and the river anchor so i finally had to cut it. but anyways it was a slow night i pulled up one 12 pd flathead and had some really good runs on Flatheads and blues but we called it a night puddycat was there in his boat and said he hooked a big one and couldn't pull him up and he broke his 50 pd test man i wish he would have pulled that one up.. thing's are starting to pick up. thats our Thursday night update report hehehehehehehehe
