Can't wait to start wading the river again... it was a blast this past summer. Although it seems I do more wading than fishing..ha. Anyway, now that ya mention it...I kinda do got the bug...but I have self-control...so just a lil' one:cool2:

This is the time of the year for big blues so if you are getting the bug get out there and catch a trophy!

I'm too much of a wuss to go fishing in the winter. I'm getting the bug too. As soon as it hits 50 deg. I'll be fishing again.

I am ready to get out...during this time of year I drive to the local lakes
and take pictures of the uncovered stumps or other structure, then mark
my maps making notes as to what is there. Seems Ohio Lake maps are
years out of date, every year the lakes change, due to draw down, high
water and trees falling. It gives me a little edge when the season begins
plus gets me out of the house.

I guess we are spoiled in the south. NOW is the time to catch the big blues here.
