I just posted a reply in the All Catfishing Forum. The thread was started by Chris AKA Cathouse from NY. When did you start Catfishing I believe was the Title.
I was reading thru the post and could'nt help but notice the similiarities between them . They almost all had one piece of information that was the same as the others. We all mentioned that either Mom or Dad Got us started into fishing at some point in our lives.
I for one thought this would be a good time to stand up and applaud all the Moms and Dads and Grandparents who got us started in this wonderful and addicting sport. Without their unselfish willingnesss to drag us along with them we would probably not be the same people we are today.
So, Cheers to you guys the true unsung heros of our life :smile2::smile2::smile2::smile2:

For me it was my grandmother and grandfather who were caretakers of a lodge for numerous years....the times I had sitting there on the bank with my little cane pole in the water, or just watching the ducks and geese and other fowl that they hatched for the place will never ever be forgotten....

Thanks Delsy and Leonard, my dearly loved now departed grandparents.

Nice post. reps to you bro. My father introduced me to catfishing and hunting when I was 3 or 4 years old. Can't thank him enough for the treasured times we had. I know he be proud I carried on the "catfishing" tradition.
