My son is working for the local outfitter and called today to ask, Did I want some Antelope meat? heck yeah!! so we just finished up on four hams and two shoulders. We made two gallon bags of burger,12 quart bags of steaks,Three roasts ,and Eight quart bags of stew meat. I have a great son ,sure glad he remembers his dad.Seems the guys hunting only wanted the loins[backstraps] antd the heads to mount .... Lucky me.
