I havent followed the new team to be much, but I saw today where Texas Terry Labonte was signed on to race for Roger Staubach & Troy Aikmans's new team next year. Labonte will race the 1st 5 races of the season or 5 total races, something like that, then Raines will take over the rest of the season. To me, this is extremely smart, since Labonte has provisionals, which means they wont have to worry about qualifying for Daytona.

This should keep the big driver switch among teams from happening for next year - looks even brighter for Mark not retiring and Busch and McMurry staying where they are!

i saw this in the newspaper when I was down in Texas this week. I think it said he will be driving the 96 car. I'm glad I get to see him race a few more times.
