Teriyaki Sauce ½ cup of soy sauce ½ cup of ketchup ½ cup of brown sugar Mix well then add in 1 tablespoon of fresh minced garlic or to taste. 1 tablespoon of fresh minced ginger or to taste. Mix again. Refrigerate. The longer it sits, the better it gets. The brand of soy sauce will alter the taste. Good for Pork, Ribs, Chicken, Beef, Fish and Shrimp. Great side dish with onions and mushrooms. I use it on the grill with a home made tin foil pan.
