I have come to the conclusion that there is either one: A few exceptionally large cats in my lake or two very temperment cats in my lake. I have yet to catch a cat in like weeks. The few I caught before were bigguns and one pansized. I thought if there were bigguns then there wood be alot more pansized. but to no avail have I figured out what they want and need I catch them randomly and have even sent one more snapper to that turtle heaven in the sky. I dont see the point in killing the painted turtles they arent big enough to kill a cat or other fish. But there are some monster snappers caught and lost a 40 lbs the other day I was hopping to send him to an early grave but it got away at the end. Snappers are Public Enemy #1. Watched one take out a duck the other day was kind of cool but if they can kill a duck a cat swiming by is an easy meal.

where are u at in ga buddy?? i just moved down here from ohio and always looking for a new fishing buddy/ or spot, although i dont have too much time on my hands like i used to..........im in the atlanta area , northern gwinnett
I live right out of snellville area. I seem to have less and less time to fish as well. My fishing consists of work, school, Family. Maybe a sec of night fishing during the week or early morning Sat Sunday. I will tell you know you'll love the Chatahoochee. Lanier is a nice lake if you know where to go or have aboat. One a select inlet they even have Walleye. Yeah we will have to go fishing. Have any honey holes yet.

not nothin like back home in ohio but my neighbor has brought me to a couple of ponds.......one we cant go to cause i dont know the owner well enough, but ones in a public park around the gwinnett place mall, i was fishing it with just chicken liver caught a couple small cats , then hooked into sometin big, didnt really expect it then i went to set my drag and he got off.
