    215#'s is my goal. Then, I will see how I feel and look. May go more, just depends.

    I wrestled 215# in High School. Have not seen it since the day wrestling season was over, LMAO. Would be cool to get there again. 38#'s to go.

    Good going on your weight loss. I am probably around 40 pounds overweight but someone told me my weight wasn't the the problem. I was just 4" shorter than I should be.

    Brother, that TSS on Chicken is definatly helping me out. It would be plain to eat without it and not sure as easy to stay on the diet.

    Thanks everyone, on the road all night tonight. Had time to stop and grab a Subway Lowfat Club Wrap with Fat Free Honey Mustard. Sure aint a Double Whopper but they are pretty darn tasty.
