    I don't know how you done it drinking Slimfast. I can drink a couple of cans of that stuff and it makes me so hungry that I have to fry up a few eggs and some bacon to go with it.

    There is a newer kind out Grumpy. It is called Optima. It has something in it that helps curb your hunger for 4 hours. That has helped a ton.

    I need to try that stuff out. Can you get it at most Walmart stores? My only concern about it would be, is there enough nutrients in it to meet your body's needs since you're not taking in any actual food?
