I'm a little growly right now. How could Vickers, in all his ignorance, take out the two fastest cars and then celebrate, like he EARNED the win? Sorry I'm so sour right now, but I dont undestand how he can act like he earned his first win. Oh well

Two weeks of Gordon having BAD luck, I may need some nerve pills before this one is over. Or better yet I will give them to the better half so she can put up with me when it happens.....:sad2:

6 weeks to go, it's gonna get better I hope......:cool2:
I think I better fish every week end for the next 6 weeks....
Vickers got a little excited there but it's all good................

He (Vickers) already isnt allowed to go to team meetings..... Probably cause hes leaving at the end of this season.... His first win will haunt him (hopefully) the rest of his NASCAR days........ Horrible way to win...... Taking out your own team mate???

Being an Earnhardt fan and knowing what kind of money these guys make I'm not upset and it appears Earnhardt isnt either.
No reason to be. Earnhardt did exactly what he wanted to do all day and that was mix it up instead of lead.

In the past it would have riled me but common sense prevails and so do the millions these guys make. The money holds more power and prestige then the game. It's not always been that way but some of these guys make double what I make in a year just to flip a toggle switch to crank a car for one race.
Its not the the late 70's early 80's when the winner won 30,000 and bragging rights carried some weight.

It'll be interesting to see tomorrows paper to see if jr. or Johnson made more or just as much money in that race as the winner.
Vickers isnt on the winner's circle program.

Vickers is an idiot! He took out his team mate and Dale Jr. with a stupid move! He cost Jr. a chance to be within about 20 - 30 points of the lead!

Looked to me like an accident. Have you EVER made a mistake while driving? Hit a curb, bumped another car? Slid past the white line at a stop light?

Accident!!! That was no accident! Did you hear what Jimmie Johnson said after the race? Vickers will have to live with that one forever is all I got to say!
