The way Jr. has been up on the wheel lately and running up front I agree.
JUNIOR. He has nothing to lose or gain.

This should be a crazy race. I think the big 1 will take out most of the favorites. I think it will be field filler that wins this weekend. Hopefully someone in a Chevy! lol

I've been out of it for awhile, so could somwone tell me what happened with Dale Jarrett? Engine change? Or failed inspection? Or what? 187.6... should be up in the top ten shouldn't it?

Anywho, my guess is for DJ. Betting with my heart again.

Jon,my guess is this: 1st, this is a impound race. Nascar impounds these cars after qualifying. Dale Jarrett must have qualified 8th, but then discovered an engine malfunction after qualifying. The 44 team must have changed the engine for the race, forcing them to the rear of the field.

Dale Jarret likes to run the rear of the field at Talledega.
They may have put an engine in to qualify well knowing they would change it to a race engine that would put them at the back. Safer to start in the back if thats where you want to be rather then fall back through the field.
    Just my opinion.

Too bad the whole race wasn't like that. Congrats all you that picked Gordon. He's pretty awesome at restrictor plate racing.
