    Take an old guy fish'n
Listen here you young pups, old people don't have that much time left to get that big trophy fish. As younger fishermen with years of fishing in front of you, you are obligated to ask an old guy along. You don't have to teach old guys how to fish or bait their hooks, just get them out before it's to late. And remember to be respectful and don't ask them to back boat trailers or pull in anchor ropes, or any thing that could throw their backs out. And if they forget where their rain suit or coffee is, be nice, alzheimer's is embarrassing when you are reminded that you suffer from it. One of these days you will have to sign us out at the rest home and have us back by ten o'clock, causing a shortened outing and maybe a diaper change or two! Do it now, don't put it off, share some quality time with an old fart..And besides, it will give you a chance to show off all the knowledge you think you have. Now as for myself I only have about ten years left that I can get in and out of a boat by my self, so time is running short as we speak.... :eek:oooh::big_smile::smile2::wink:

Fine post Jack. I'ld give anything to live closer to daddy so we could fish together more. He forgot more about a catfish than i'll ever know.

Hey Jack! I am in that category of needing some quality fishing time. Judas Priest, Jack give me your address and put your boat and time where your mouth is. Let's Rock 'N roll

This 'Ol Dude is ready for the big time. Promise I won't go tits up on ya. I got my nitro pills handy all the time. Did you know Jack that I have to leave my Viagra home when I might need the Nirto? I'd need the nitro from just pure excitement of a fishing outing with someone younger than me. They counteract each other, those two pills = = instant death. So if I have to give one up for the other Jack, I'll take the nirto every time. I can always use the Viagra when we come in to shore.

You won't even have to bait my hook Jack. I promise to wear my Wal-Mart top of the line glasses. I'll put an extra battery in my dop kit so if my hearing aid poops out I got a spare. My diapers are extra quilt so you don't gottqa worry about that. Will need a nap along the line. Just after the shore lunch Jack. That is the best time.

And Jack, I'll bet ya who catches the biggest fish, you youngster you.

    I am in. Let's go!

Very nice post Jack! I'm lucky enough to live next door to my Dad and take him fishing quite often. Heck, I even hold up his fish for him for the pictures!

Dayton, I heard that you were older than the hills. If someone doesn't step up and offer you an outing it's their loss.

And John, the same goes for you too. Someone in their tender years such as I would be honored to have your old butt coming along for the ride.

Seriously, old people are entertaining! lmao:eek:oooh::crazy::smile2::smile2::smile2:

    Excellent Post Netman,,

It's always a nice touch to bring all the beer an old fart may want,,,

Not to mention any groceries, needed..

also, If you can get me signed out of the home once in awhile, I don't care if I turn into a BASS, if I'm not back by 10 pm!! Sure wouldn't want to mess up a trip with a schedule or something!!

Where is that sign up list??
