Something I put together for dinner.
Don't know what to call it. Other then Trisha's throw it together meal. But I have several of those. :wink1: Try it and tell me what you think. What name would be best to call it?

What you will need: 1 Ib groundmeat
    1 package taco season
    1 can of corn
1 can of diced garlic and herb tomatoes
    1 can ranch style beans
    2 boxes of Jiffy cornbread
1 package of shredded cheese (makes 2 cups)

    Now you are ready:

1 lb Of ground meat. Fry it up drain grease.
Put taco season, 2 tsp of water ,stir it up.
    Add:
    1 can of corn.
1 Can of garlic and herbs diced tomatoes.
1 Can of ranch style beans. Stir and simmer.
2 Boxes of Jiffy corn bread. Make as directed in a bowl.

Remove the meat mixture from the stove
    Pour in to a 9 ~ 13 pan.

Spread 2 cups shredded cheese evenly over it.
Then pour cornbread mixture over it. Take a spoon gently spread it all over.

Bake at 375 for 35 minutes. Or til cornbread is brown. Let set for 5 minutes.
    Then serve. Yummy!
Great with green onion, black olives and sour cream on top.
