Phil I use castroil full syn. In both my riders. and they have served me well.

If the unit has some hours on it it my leak some but you can always opt to use the partial syn. oil

I use 10 30 amsoil full synthetic in my mower, atv, push, generater, and everything else I have that burns gas or diesel. Good stuff and lasts longer:big_smile:

I have used that oil but it is just a little pricy for me and ain't that many dealers here.
I have never understood why they would never have that oil TCW-3 certified.

I have Mobil 1 in almost everything, 3 wheeler, lawnmower, gas welder, cars and truck.
I usually buy it at wally world, O'Reilys has a $3.00 rebate on gallons running right now.
I run 25 ,000 miles between changes on my diesel truck- Per Mobil Recommendations, 296,00 miles and running strong.

I used Castroil syn. for many years and always had good luck with it.
Had several cases of Mobil 1 given to me and just keep on using it.

I have used Mobil 1 since it came out and use it in everything I have EXCEPT my Mercury outboard.I use the Mercury semi synthetic designed for the Optimaxs.MOBIL 1 is the best lubricant I have ever used and suspect its probably better than KY but havent had the nerve to try it!!!!!:cool2:   :eek:oooh: :smile2:

I use Mobil 1 and heavy duty oil filters in my truck. 170,000 miles and it doesn't burn or leak a drop of oil. I'd stick to the KY for more important lubrication issues, Jim. Mobil 1 stains the sheets.

I use it in all my mowers and both my boats, one 2 cycle and one 4 cycle.
