I was just wondering if any of you folks out there use any "swim feeders"?

I have made one out of a plastic film can. take the lid of, and drill or punch a hole in it. Get a small size swivel and place it on a "cotter pin", and then push the cotter pin with swivel attached through the lid and then pry over the C/pin attaching it in place. Next drill some 3/8" holes through it on the sides.... maybe the bottom. Place weight into the film can and some kind of attractant "stuff" and your set... Oh! I left out how to use it. I use it as a sliding sinker setup. I feed the main line through the swivel at the lid, put on plastic bead, and then tie on another swivel, and then the leader to the hook. All kinds of variations can be used.
If you need something bigger... more weight... you can use those child proof medicine plastic bottles. This gets some more smelly stuff down close to where your main bait is

    get back to me,

Sound pretty cool. Do the fish ever run off with the feeder instead of the hook? Has it worked for you?
