the article that i got this picture from said it was from a couple and their 15 yr old son. the son was taking the picture he started freaking out and swam up, his parents followed and would not believe him about the shark until they got the picture developed.

When I was assigned in Egypt, I used to dive the "Straights of Tiran" which connects the Gulf of Aqaba and the Red Sea. Had a very similar situation occur with a very large hammer head shark.

You talking about an primal fear feeling.

    strait from the shark's mouth....

worth1000 has sponsered 9 contests (of the zillions that they do) of photoshopped vacation moments.

the shark one was posted on the 6th, and apparently has spread like wildfire through email.

    Here is the direct link

if you liked it, you should give the guy a good compliment:wink:.. although when I tried, I couldn't post comments.. maybe you have to be a member:sad2:

i was wondering if it was fake, the shark seems to be huge compared with the divers. and too close not to be noticed by them

Was on a vacation in Mexico one year and was out snorkeling when I seen a huge shape swim under me and others. I was gone quick as could be and told everyone around me what I saw, a few followed me in. Most said it was a bottom feeder of some sort and not dangerous but I didnt go far anymore.
