My trusted companion and myself went fishing this morning, surprise, surprise. We arrived at our fishing spot at 6 AM, got setup for some cattin and enjoyed the sunrise. Wind was out of the NE and E at 5 to 10 MPH from the get go. Bait of choice was left over baits from yesterday and we had some success with it. We caught the first blue a little after six and the last one at 7:15 AM, total count was nine, with one big one. Best action was a triple. We continued drifting until 9 when I pulled everything in and headed for the house.

I was there too, in the Skiff, believe we spoke before you left. We caught 4 quick out in middle and then it stopped, after u left we went to where u were at 1st light and put 7 in the boat real quick. Cut threadfin was the bait, had some menhaden from the beach but no go. Fish were caught 25 to 55 ft deep.

Looks like a good mess of fish to me.
