Heres the biggest problem the floor is cracked and needs repaired along with a couple of the beams underneath. This is the worst spot in the floor.

Looks like nothing but trouble to me... If you've got enough time and money, you could probably make it usable. But it'll probably take a lot of both.

You never mentioned what is wrong with the motor...If your a little mechanically inclined, you can do some of the work and save money.Thats depending on how bad the motor is.As for the boat,i dont think it will cost that much to replace the floor and fix the beams. As long as you have some spare time...i dont see anything wrong with fixing it.

The motor needs the points re adjusted I beleive. It will run if you advance it all the way but anything less than full advance it dies.

I had an old 63 chrysler fiberglass boat. It was a good boat, but it started cracking at the bottom of the transom. I would patch and it would be ok for a while but it just kept getting worse. Eventually it cracked all the way down the hull. I ended up buying a 16 ft aluminum jon and I feel much better out on the water since I don't have to worry about taking on water.
