Submerged culverts - Ohio River

    Hi, anybody ever do the submerged culverts above the locks on the Ohio River? I have found 2 so far. Everytime they open & close the locks in go the bluegills, out come the flatheads. Better have 40 lb. test on the old Penn reel. Something to think about next tournament. Had one drag my little 1956 Alumacraft boat like a trolling motor!!! :wink::wink:

    Wow, that's a great idea! I never quite thought of the locks working this way, but you are exactly right.
