    Yall Folks that fish our series regular may want to check out Stumpy Pond{Rocky Creek Lake} sometime soon,great fishery for a small lake{847 acres},loads of baitfish and a real good population of good sized blues and Channels.We are considering having a Tourney there next year,It would be a great tourney I believe.For those of you that dont know,Stumpy Pond is the resivoir Right above the Cedar Creek Dam at the head end of Lake Wateree.It has 2 Access Landings,one off of Hwy 97 and the other off of HWY 200{Debutary Creek Access}

    Its a great little lake,Its a Crappie and Bass fishermans paradise and you all would be surprised at the number and size of trophy cats in the lake,it doesnt get much catfishing pressure at all except for a few commercial guys with baskets.It has some standing timber and is fairly deep thru the old river channel and a nice winding river run up to the next dam.It would be a great Tournament location for at least one a year and its on the Catawba Chain of lakes and thats what we aim to keep except for the one Monty Tournament.Next year we may do an even 10 Tournaments from Jan-Oct. instead of the 9 we do now from Jan.- Sept..Just a thought.:wink:
