Are the striper gone. Or is the water too dirty. I've fished several days with nothing. I fished tonight at Mayo, not a thing. I did see 2 or what may have been stripers in the shallows, really small though, maybe "12 inches. And is it worth fishing for resident stripers later in the year? Or in the winter?

I caught a 12" striper Saturday on a piece of eel, while I was catfishing just below Ancarrow's Landing.
