hope every one made it through the storm ok. I lost a big chunk of the tree in our front yard. It landed beside my truck, barley missed it, so i guess it clould be worse. I still have a lot of clean up work to do. Chainsaw party at Brad's everyone is invited!!!!!

Thats a good looking rig....that should work out great for Blue fishing. I like all of the room in the back.

back on track now guys. I drove by andrews place, His neighborhood is messed up for sure, broken trees, downed fences, smashed up cars, broken windows, tore up roofs. poor folks have a lot of cleaning up to do.

good news is andrews house appeared to be spared. No visible damage no one was home but I spoke to his neighbor who said He saw them at like 3am. so I'm guessing his family is ok.

    Hope everyone is safe!

Nothing significant in Lee's Summit. Tornado sirens went off about 9pm or so, got the kids pretty rattled. I stood outside and waited for something to happen but it never did - dead calm wind had me pretty worried for a while. The second round that came through around 2:00am was a lot worse but not tornadic. Only the 3rd time in 10 years that the sirens have gone off where I live...

Nothing too bad in Raytown, either -- I had some limbs down this morning. On my way to work, I saw several trees down, some completely uprooted on 59th St. and one house w/a new "tree" roof.

I don't know if anyone else saw them, but the mammatus clouds over Jackson county around 7:30pm were impressive.

Yeah I went fishing before and after the first storm.. Dead calm after the storm made fishing suck. That high wind before the storm was great. Wish it was like that at dark.
