Stink bait

    ive never used stink bait and i was wondering if it is a good bait and i would also like to know what kind to use or maybe even a good homemade stink bait also what type of rigs would you recomend thanks

    I use stink bait most of the time for channel cats. Stink bait works very well when the water temp. is warm enough, but it tends to catch mostly the smaller catfish. As for rigs they make worms just for stink bait some have holes in them and some have ridges on them to hold the bait. I use the ones with the ridges. You will need to rebait often if your are fishing in any kind of current. Hope this helps. Good Luck Fishing!

    danny kings punch bait and catfish charlie have always worked for me. other stink baits have not produced exept in farm ponds. the two i listed are very good stink baits in large bodys of water especially in the shallows with structure or brush.
