Ive only found one acceptable non-petroleum based cleaner for hands when using stinkbait. Mouthwash mixed with dawn detergent seems to effectively cut scent.

Lemon juice usually gets all the smell off. 95% of the time am trying to get home made bait smells off. We will use shrimp husk to make a sort of chum when night fishing. You talk about stink.. and lemon juice works fast.

    Toothpaste also works effectively.

I hear that toothpaste works but never tried it. Lemon Juice has worked for me.

Why would you want to wash it off? Doesn't it remind you of a more favorable time? LOL Later Andy
