I have a 16ft.mod.v with a 25hp. on it,I dont have a problem getting on plane but would like to stay on top with less rpm.Would this help or should I just leave it the way it is?I have always been a "if it aint broke dont fix it"kind of guy.

I've had one on three different boats, and they are worth the money. Your boat will stay on plane at lower rpm's, as well as plane faster, better fuel economy and more stability at running speeds.

Gotta be a tad careful, the stingrays I put on my boat did get me up on a plane quicker and let me stay ther with a little less power, BUT the boat would cavitate and get really squirrley in a sharp turn.. was really easy to over rev in a full power sharp turn....
