Anyone besides me fish this creek regularly?
I'm usually down by the ball fields or the armory in Smyrna.

Mostly eating size, 2-4 pounds, but there are larger fish in there of course. I've caught several between 8-10 pound fish there, but never larger and not that often.

Put "volunteer park smyrna" as a search in google maps. Any where along that stretch of creek all the way to the lake is good eater size fishing.

I can't send PM's until I have ten posts and I'm not going to post something unless I have something to say that is relevant. So it may be a while until I reach ten posts.

Caught a pretty decent fish here today and some smaller ones. Only fished 2 hours today.

About the size of the one you are holding in your picture there. Mudcats. All of 'em.

Bream heads or liver. I usually have three poles in. One with a bream head always.
