look at your states dept. of wildlife and fisheries website, and the state record weights for all gamefish and catfish too.

I've looked at my state, but thought it would be nice to compare each states records.

Go to "CATFISH HEAVEN", this is a TX guys personal site and he has a listing of State Fishing Records, which is even broke down by lakes & rivers. I visit it occasionally and the records section if great info. I don't know how to post a different site here so go check it out. Maybe one of you computer wizzards can transfer the State Records section here.
