I have a 2007 18hp tohatsu 4-stroke that I bought a year ago. I just pulled it out of storage to get it ready for the spring and the starter will not work. It will pull start just fine and runs great but when I hit the electric start I get nothing, no sound what so ever. I've checked the cables and they are hooked up right and are tight. I've made sure the motor is in neutral and still I get nothing. I've also checked the kill switch and it seems fine and plus it will pull start just fine. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

If it is under warrenty then return it to the dealer. If it ain't then start searching for the fuse between the switch and the solenoid something between the battery and the solenoid is stopping the fire.
