Not sure if it's the same in your area, but the local Lowe's had some of their stainless steel sheet metal screws and other ss hardware on clearance today. They were the 25 packs in the "Specialty Hardware" drawers. I'm in the middle of a boat project so I loaded up. Might be worth checking out if you're in your local branch this week. Good Luck!

Same here, I loaded up about two weeks ago. Also got some great deals on some grade 8 hardware. The 1/4 20 grade 8 were about 75% off. Some of the stainless was a better deal that others but I spent about $150 all together and got about $250-$300 worth of fasteners. I won't need all that stuff for a long time but it sure beats paying full pop for it when you need it. Plus the $10 for gas for a 10 cent washer.:smile2:

    Thanks

I'm going to have to check Lowes out, but then that means I'll have to scrape the ice and snow off my truck. Darn maybe I'll wait for the wife to get off of work, and jump in her warm car. lol lol
