for you guys that fish downtown St.Louis where do you put your boats in. I checked google earth and I couldn't find a marina or ramp along the river. Please help

There used to be a ramp on the E. St. Louis side years ago but to be honest I wouldn't leave anything unattended there, nor would I want to spend much time there attending it. I too would like to find a nice, safe ramp somewhere between St. Louis and Alton.

Ramp is just below the Arch, right at the bridge. If you come down Chouteau make a left at the flood wall and as soon as you go under the bridge turn down to the river.

under the train bridge on the mo side, as wrech puller said, just use caution, not exactly the best area. Thats typically the ramp all the guides use now, unless the meramec is up high enough.
