Spinach Artichoke Dip

    Here is a great recipe my wife makes every few weeks.

    - 2 Ten oz packages of frozen creamed spinach (let thaw first)
    - 2 Six ounce cans of artichoke hearts
    - 1/2 cup sour cream
    - 1/2 cup mayonnaise
    - 2 small cloves of garlic (pressed)
    - 1 cup of grated parmesean cheese
    - 1 tsp lemon juice

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Chop artichokes and place in bowl with other ingredients, mixing well. Place mixture into baker/casserole dish and spread evenly. Bake 25-30 minutes.

    We like to spray corn tortilla chips with a little olive oil and dust with TSS Jalapeno Dusted. We then put these in the oven for a few minuted until warm. Enjoy!
