Just wondering what is really the difference in the two? I have some of it and the original braid, seems the original braid may have just abit less memory but I havent got to really test the strength of the Stealth. I know its cheaper which would seems it more generic. I know their new cheapo spools of mono seem to suck compared to the original. Anyone know much on the differences?

i have broke the 65lb stealth using a skip jack on the kanwha river at the winfield locks. sounded like a 22 went off.

    Absolutely. I hate their monofilament.

The difference between the original and the stealth is that the stealth is pressure treated with teflon, which fuses the strands together and makes it more or less frictionless against rod guides. If you will notice, you can make the original braid come apart by pulling or twisting, but you cant with the stealth. Hope this helps.
