sound like a good spot for walleyes in fall ?

    February and March is when I catch a big portion of my walleyes.

    Those are the Pre spawn months for Walleyes and usually after ice out. They are mighty hungry then.

    For a couple years I was going out on Jan 1st bright and early and doing pretty well. Even got a limit a few years ago with an 8 lb. biggun.

    That's my favorite time too, right after the ice chunks melt til the water hits 45 deg. (spawn time)
